At Lois Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your denim doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Denim
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
